Responsibilities and Tasks
We are looking for an operational and relationship-driven project manager who wants to create real change for people far from the labor market. This role is perfect for you if you are a natural doer – someone who thrives in the field, builds relationships, leads people, and gets things done.
This is not a desk job. You will work closely with participants, employers, partners, and the team every day. The role combines project management, participant work, networking, and business development.
Operational work with participants and initiatives
You work actively in our individual initiatives and are present in the operations together with the participants.
The work involves, among other things:
- Leading workshops, group activities, and motivational initiatives
- Coaching participants towards work, internships, and studies
- Building relationships and creating security with participants from diverse backgrounds
- Guiding participants through the various steps of "Jobbtrappan" (The Job Ladder)
- Being actively involved in the work initiative "En Väg Framåt" (One Way Forward)
- Working closely with participants in the field and in contact with workplaces and partners
- Matching participants with employers, internships, and networks
- Creating energy, engagement, and movement in groups and activities
Project Management and Implementation
You drive and coordinate our labor market and integration initiatives together with the team and external partners.
You will work with, among other things:
- Jobbtrappan (The Job Ladder)
- En Väg Framåt (One Way Forward)
- Jobbmatchen (The Job Match)
- Workshops, networking meetings, and labor market activities
The role involves both strategic thinking and operational implementation. You need to be able to switch between planning, coordinating, following up, and being active in the field.
Relationship Building and External Collaboration
The role is highly outward-facing and relies on strong presence in networks and collaborations. You need to enjoy creating new contacts and building long-term relationships.
You will, among other things:
- Build relationships with companies, employers, and the business community
- Create collaborations with the public sector, educational providers, and civil society
- Have ongoing dialogue with funders and partners together with the CEO
- Represent the operations in meetings, networks, and external forums
- Identify new opportunities for collaborations, internships, and career paths for participants
- Be an active ambassador for the operations in Helsingborg
- Be curious about, and actively seek, new development opportunities for the existing IOP collaboration between Tillväxt Helsingborg, HIF, and the Labor Market Administration.
Team and Leadership
You play a key role in creating direction, energy, and momentum within the team.
This involves, among other things:
- Coaching and supporting colleagues in daily work
- Contributing to a strong team with high energy and clear focus
- Creating structure and priorities in operations
- Ensuring that activities and initiatives maintain high quality and drive progress
Reporting and Development
You work continuously with follow-up and development of operations to ensure quality and results.
The work includes, among other things:
- Following up on participant results and project goals
- Contributing to reporting to the City of Helsingborg and other funders
- Documenting results, activities, and societal effects
- Developing new methods, collaborations, and working methods
- Contributing to strategic discussions together with the CEO and partners
- Independently conceptualizing, structuring, and formulating what the future IOP collaboration should look like, as well as being responsible for drafting and designing the new IOP agreement.
